Sony Ericsson offers a 15 calendar day satisfaction policy.

Sony Ericsson eShop will charge a 15% restocking fee if the product is missing instruction books, original box, or software CDs. Missing cords, accessories, or any other items that were originally included with the product will be charged separately at market price.

If the product is not in acceptable return condition*** Sony Ericsson eShop will refuse to accept the return and will not authorize any refunds.

After 15 calender days only products under manufacturer warranty will be excepted for return/exchange. Proof of purchase is required for all manufacturer warranty claims.

*Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Sony Ericsson eShop will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, applicable restocking fees and/or any other charges. Sony Ericsson eShop is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. Sony Ericsson eShop is not responsible for lose or damage of return items that results during shipment of the return to Sony Ericsson eShop. It is highly recommended to purchase insurance with the courier that was used for the return.
